 Dr. Toset is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship specialty training in advanced head and neck surgical oncology.  As a general surgeon with broad-based training, Dr. Toset is well-positioned to provide optimal care for a full spectrum of general surgical procedures for his patients; including thyroid, parathyroid and complex head and neck cancer surgery.

 

Dr. Toset prides himself on providing world-class care to patients in a community setting where he lives and works. He develops individualized care plans for patients with the goal of achieving optimal health results at the ease of the patients being able to stay close to home. 

 

Having trained at top institutions such as Yale New Haven and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center,  patients receive comparable world-class care in a local community setting.  Dr. Toest’s treatment philosophy focuses on providing comprehensive, evidenced-based care with full compassion and integrity to the patient.  Care plans are individualized with the goal of achieving optimal health results.

 

Dr. Toset is affiliated with Good Samaritan University Hospital where he serves as the Cancer Liaison Physician, and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital.  In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Toset has an active role in educating our future medical doctors as a Professor of Head and Neck Surgery at New York Institute of Technology.
